Chris has been involved with the health and fitness industry for 4 years. During this time he has worked with a variety of clients, achieving excellent results in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation and sporting performance. Chris is passionate about furthering his knowledge to improve the results he achieves for his clients and this has led him to study the Diploma of Sports Kinesiology.
Chris has also had experience in the armed forces, allowing him direct experience of the elite levels of fitness required for service. Combining this with his background in self defense and mixed martial arts allows Chris to specialize in training clients who have very specific fitness requirements they must meet.
Qualifications:
Diploma of Sports kinesiology
ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1
Cert IV Personal Training
Cert III Gym instructor
Cert III Group Fitness
Level II First Aid
