We will also use supplements if they have been proven to be useful in treating certain conditions. 		<description>You make a good point that supplementation is not often necessary if you adhere to a natural, whole foods diet. But, how many of us spend the $, time, and energy on making sure we&#039;re getting enough of these foods to meet our nutrients quotas? Not many, I&#039;d bet. Also, what about the quality of these foods, even organic foods. Leaching from soil is a very real issue - in other words, that organic lettuce you&#039;re eating is not the same your Grandma grew.
